These terms explain the purpose of btmanagement.eu, how to contact BT Management and the conditions for using its content. The website presents services and enables non-binding communication. A separate individual contract governs each specific engagement.

2 Purpose of the website and formation of an engagement
The website presents our services, publishes informational content and enables you to send a question or enquiry or request contact. No purchase or payment for services takes place through the website.
Submitting a form, selecting a service or package, using the chat, requesting a meeting or subscribing to the newsletter does not in itself conclude a contract for a paid service or create an obligation to pay. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt of the message in the system; it does not accept an order or constitute a commitment to deliver a project.
We agree the terms of any engagement individually in a separate written contract, including a legally permissible electronic form. It covers, in particular, scope, price, deadlines, cooperation, confidentiality and data protection. Before such a contract is concluded, it must be clear that both parties intend to enter into a binding engagement. These terms do not amend existing contracts.
Simply browsing the website does not constitute consent to data processing or marketing, or a waiver of statutory rights. If a feature requires specific consent, we request it separately.
3 Information on services and prices
Presentations of services, packages and prices help you understand our offering. Binding scope and price are determined only in an individual proposal and subsequent contract. Prices state the currency, unit or period and relevant tax information. Website information must be truthful and understandable; its indicative nature does not release us from statutory duties.
Examples of results and case studies describe particular circumstances. Without an express individual agreement, they do not guarantee the same result, return or business success. Correcting a price or updating the website does not change the price or terms of an existing contract.
4 Website content and automated assistant
Articles, guides and general answers provide information and orientation. They do not account for every circumstance of a particular business and do not in themselves constitute individual legal, tax, investment or other regulated professional advice. Consult an appropriate professional about decisions that require such advice.
If you use the automated assistant, its answers may be incomplete or inaccurate. An authorised BT Management representative confirms the scope and price of an engagement through individual communication and a contract. If a particular assistant uses artificial intelligence, its interface informs you before or, at the latest, when the interaction begins.

5 Safe use and the content of your messages
Use the website lawfully and respect the rights of others. Do not attempt to bypass access restrictions, gain unauthorised access to data, spread malicious code, send spam or disrupt website availability. If you discover a vulnerability, report it to us without accessing or disclosing other people's data.
Provide appropriate and accurate information in your enquiry. Do not send passwords, identity documents, payment information, special categories of personal data or extensive client databases. A brief description of your needs is sufficient for first contact. Before sharing trade secrets or other sensitive materials, let us agree an appropriate transfer method and, where appropriate, a non-disclosure agreement.
Sending a message does not in itself conclude a separate non-disclosure agreement. This does not affect statutory duties to protect personal data, trade secrets or confidential information obtained in negotiations. We use your materials to handle your request; sending them does not grant us a general licence for public distribution or marketing use.
6 Copyright and links
The website's texts, graphics, photographs, logo and other protected content belong to BT Management or the relevant rights holders. You may browse and use the website to the extent permitted by law. Further publication, commercial reproduction or modification of protected content beyond that scope requires the rights holder's permission. Statutory exceptions, quotations and permitted uses are unaffected.
You may link to publicly accessible pages in a way that does not falsely imply a partnership, endorsement or authorship. Links to third-party websites provide additional information; the respective operators manage their content, services and data protection. A link alone does not guarantee their content or waive liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7 Availability and liability
We endeavour to provide accurate information and operate the website securely. Maintenance, technical faults or circumstances beyond our control may temporarily affect availability. If the form or chat does not work, use the email address or telephone number above.
If we identify an error, we take appropriate steps to correct it. Liability for damage and other claims are assessed under applicable law and any separate contract. These terms do not exclude or limit liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, and do not release us from data protection duties.
8 Data protection and newsletter
Details of data processing are provided in the Website privacy notice and cookie information. You can change optional cookie choices through Cookie settings. Newsletter sign-up is voluntary and separate; you may unsubscribe at any time. Contacting BT Management does not automatically subscribe you to the newsletter.
9 Feedback and changes to these terms
Send website questions, corrections or feedback to info@btmanagement.eu. We may update these terms when website functions or legal requirements change. We state the effective date of the new version and make it available on the website. Changes do not apply retroactively to existing claims or amend separate contracts.
The law of the Slovak Republic applies, subject to mandatory consumer protection and international jurisdiction rules. These terms do not deprive a consumer of protection under mandatory provisions of the law that would otherwise apply, or of the right to approach the competent authority or court.
